Maintenance Technician – Minimum of 15 years carpentry experience within the high end custom residential market.  Candidate not only needs to possess strong well rounded carpentry skills but interpersonal skills, communication and the ability to process paperwork and documentation of work are a must.  Position is within our Home Management Service Department which includes the maintenance of our homes as well as small projects.

Assistant Project Manager - Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction.  Candidate must possess the following:  strong interpersonal skills, well versed  on computers, the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, the ability to do take off's, qualify bids and manage pricing in an organized and efficient manner. This candidate must be able to work independently but posses the eagerness to work and learn in a fast paced "team" environment.
